I can't figure out where it was, but I saw someone describe this song as simply "adventurous" and honestly I think that describes it better than anything I could possibly say. It feels like a grand adventure. Like, imagine some kind of adventure game for the Jellyfish Pirates. This would be a perfect area / overworld theme.
