I enjoy Coming Home. It feels pretty similar in concept and lyrics to Dear Song, but I just like it a bit more.

Memorable, mainly the chorus.

I don't think there is a single part that has the same lyrics repeated. The general structure is the same, but the exact words change. I like the progression of them. Also the song gains slightly more emotion as it goes on.

A bunch for pretty much all of the song.

Not really that much, but to be fair the song isn't really aiming for that.
