Pretty consistent throughout the entire song. And there is a good amount. However, the fact it is not a character theme makes it feel a bit... generic. I can't connect this to a character. To years of story telling. Maybe if the lyrics were a bit deeper it would be more emotional, but even without that there is definitely a good amount there

Not really. A bit too slow, and that's not to mention barely having a memorable melody. But it appears sometimes (near the end)
