Chipp's theme is interesting to me but overall not that incredible. It doesn't really reach the heights of Chipp's previous themes, but unlike Strive's other themes the lyrics don't make up for it. Oh well.

It certainly HAS an evolution, it just isn't that impactful.

It's good but not the best. Especially compared to his other themes.
Characterization
It's fast. As a Chipp song should be. But it feels slower than some of his other themes (probably due to needing to have lyrics). Also the issues mentioned in Lyrics apply here too.
Lyrics
My main problem with Strive Chipp is that he just... doesn't reference the fact he is a president. At all. It was so important to him in Xrd but he just never mentions it ouside of a brief part of story mode. These lyrics feel like how he was back in XX, before all of that. So they still work, they could just have MORE.
