I used to think this song was bad. I also used to be a stupid idiot with no brain cells and non-functional ears. I barely even listened to the full thing before forming that opinion. This song is incredible and beautiful.

The first part is chaotic and frantic. The second is calm and beautiful. Faust finding sanity. Incredible.

Go right now and listen starting from 2:38. This is one of the most emotional parts of any song in the entire franchise. It has almost made me cry before. I DO NOT CRY OFTEN OR REALLY EVER (except when I am really tired, for some reason.).
