I think The Tuner suffers from the issue that we really don't know much about Haehyun. She wasn't in the story a ton, and since she was only in Xrd. Therefore it is a bit t hard to tell just how well she fits the song.

Nothing incredible but it is good. I like the parts with the chime thing where it gets slower. It helps emphasize the mechanical theme it should have.

No, not really. Sorry. The refrain has a bit but not that much.

It's good. Consistent but not anything incredible.
Characterization
I don't really know how to explain it but it FEELS like a robot song. And not just because of the slow part. There is just something about it that gives that off. Which is obviously a good thing!
