The Mask Does Not Laugh is Valentine's non-boss theme. I think I would probably like it more if Valentine had more of a character, but without that it is hard to connect emotion or characterization to it.

It... works. I guess Valentine doesn't really have much characterization herself besides her lack of emotion. So it is kind of hard to tell what her songs should be. Maybe a bit creepier? The name fits her quite well, at least.
